Queweb GUI in french

Hello Guys,

I am working in a french speaking environment and very much interested in using queweb as a complaints management system. Can someone tell me how to switch the language of the GUI from english to french.

Hello,

The language of GUI depends on the user settings. E.g. on the My Account tab user can select the preferred language. Or Admin can do the same for any user. So depending on the user's language GUI language will change.

BUT it will not help with French, cause we simply didn't translate all the labels into French yet. So it will rollback to default - English.

If you want you can add French lables in the QueWeb meta data. All needs to be done is adding the following XML element

<caption lang="fr">French Translation</caption>
for labels you want to appear in french.
