QueWeb integration
Hi,
is there a way to integrate to QueWeb that enables you to input properties to a specific call center interaction (incident). The wanted solution is based upon the fact that the QueWeb application supports input in form of a form post. The form post is done with a postback url sent to an external application. Based upon certain choises in the opened application http post is done with the postback url which sends the wanted information to QueWeb.
Is this integration strategy possible today?
