The project is divided into four phases with specific deliverables for each portion of each Phase. These Phases have succeeding dependencies, i.e. Phase 3 cannot start until Phase 2 is accepted. Customer shall not be obligated to pay for the completion of any deliverable until the customer accepts such deliverable. The proposed system implementation and customization fees are based upon the high-level business requirements. These requirements and completion dates will be completely detailed as part of the project design work during the Solution Design phase.
