Ivan Ruzic, Chairman of the Board Ivan has over 15 years of global experience with prominent software companies, where he was instrumental in building and expanding their operations in North America, Western Europe and Asia. He has spearheaded performance intervention and turnaround initiatives in a number of companies in Asia, as well as one in South Africa. Ivan has also been involved in a number of international acquisitions and mergers, and sits on the boards of several technology companies.
Ivan holds a B.Sc., with majors in Chemistry and Biochemistry. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology and a Ph.D. from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
Steven Yaskin, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Steven is a founder of Queplix Corporation. He has over eight years of senior management experience in all aspects of the CRM consulting and software development business. Prior to Queplix, Steven founded Priority Consulting (PCI) a CRM professional services company. By December 2000 the company employed 15 people with annual sales of $ 1.8M. Prior to PCI, Steven worked as a consultant on projects for several Fortune 500 companies. In 2001 as the IT industry underwent a major consolidation, he and Paul Tenberg founded Queplix Corporation to develop the next generation of CRM system for the Front-Office environment.
Steven holds a Master of Science Degree in Physics from Drexel University (Philadelphia, PA). He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brooklyn College, New York.
Paul Tenberg, Vice President and Director of Business
Development
Paul is a founder of Queplix Corporation. He helped Steven manage Priority Consulting through its rapid growth phase in the late 1990’s, and subsequently helped found Queplix. He provides strategic management and financial expertise for Queplix. Before joining Priority Consulting, Paul worked for several global companies including Citigroup, The Limited and Nelson Communications.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Economics from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an MBA from Drexel University with a concentration in MIS. Paul is a registered CPA in a state of New York.
Paul Lagano, VP Global Sales
Paul Lagano is a hands-on Sales Executive with more than 30
years of highly diverse experience: a major contributor in three successful
start-ups, as well as 12 years in two of the largest global software firms;
proven ability to attract, retain, and motivate top-performing sales teams;
consistent record of achievement as a leader/ mentor /coach and individual-sales
contributor. Performance consistently over quota.
Prior to joining Channel Methods as a Senior Partner, Mr.
Lagano�s work experience includes: Sr. VP Applications Division at Computer
Associates, VP Sales & Marketing at Global Systems, Director of Sales at JD
Edwards, Regional Sales Director at PeopleSoft, President and founding officer
of American Computer Sciences (sold to Computer Associates). Most recently, Mr.
Lagano started and directed Global Sales/strategic accounts for FileNet.
Mr. Lagano�s revenue contributions � personal and team --
historically have been in excess of 200% of quota. He is a Paragon winner (top
Director in the company at JDE)�responsible for the two largest single
transactions in the history of JD Edwards, which totaled more than 25 million
dollars in license revenue and more than 100 million dollars in professional
services.
Experience includes various lines of system, technology,
collaborative enterprise application, network and Internet and Web-based
software products; including development, marketing, competitive analysis,
support, direct sales, as well as third-party distribution channels. Product
lines covered both horizontal and vertical applications and supporting
technologies. Able to bring new products to market and build organizational
structures required for sustained profitable growth. |
