Mark Cashman, CEO
With over 17 years of experience in the technology industry, Mark leads the management team as CEO of Queplix. Prior to joining Queplix, Mark served as Vice President of Business Development at enterprise mobility vendor Agito Networks, where he established strategic partnerships with partners including AT&T, Cisco, Aruba, Motorola, and Microsoft. Previously, Mark ran Product Management at Fiberlink, where he led the company's transformation into a global software-enabled services (SaaS) company specializing in security applications and solutions. Mark also served in management roles at GoRemote (acquired by iPass), AT&T, and IBM, where he launched the Internet Connection Service business that grew from $100,000 to more than $235M in revenue over a 5-year period. Mark holds a Bachelor of Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
Steven Yaskin, CTO and Founder
Steve is a founder of Queplix, and serves as Chief Technology Officer of the company. Steve led Queplix through its growth since 2004, and has extensive expertise in enterprise applications and databases, metadata extraction, search and security. Prior to co-founding the company, Steve was CEO of Priority Consulting, and held senior consulting roles at Covansys (now NYSE: CSC) and BSG. He holds a MS in Physics from Drexel University, a BS in Computer Information Science from Brooklyn College.
Noah J. Doyle, Managing Director, Javelin Venture Partners
Noah has been an entrepreneur and investor for over 20 years. As an angel investor prior to forming Javelin Venture Partners, Noah has supported over a dozen start-ups including Keyhole (Google), Cantametrix (Gracenote), Amae Software (Verint), Nuvon, Aquea Scientific, Ritter Natural Sciences, Emdigo, Magnacash (Yaga), and i-mint India. Noah most recently directed the enterprise product line for Google's geospatial products, Google Earth and Google Maps. Prior to Google, Noah managed the Sales and Corporate Development functions at Keyhole, Inc., the venture capital backed company that created the first Web hosted digital earth model and was acquired by Google in 2004.
Prior to Keyhole, Noah helped establish the Internet loyalty rewards marketplace as a co-founder of MyPoints.com, the largest Internet loyalty program with over 6 million active members, where he led product management and business development functions from the company's inception through an initial public offering and subsequent acquisition by United Airlines. Prior to MyPoints, Noah was based in Tokyo where he managed overseas sales and marketing for the OEM channel of Matsushita's (Panasonic) communications equipment subsidiary in Japan. In other roles, he was chairman of the management board of the University of California, Berkeley's campus bookstore, a $17 million retail operation, and also held product management and operations management roles at IBM/Rational (Pure Atria) and Oracle. Noah holds M.B.A. and B.A. Economics degrees, as well as certificates in Management of Technology and Global Management from University of California - Berkeley.
Audrey MacLean, Board Member
Audrey has a unique track record for entrepreneurial success as a founder, CEO, seed investor, and board member. She has been on the Midas Touch list by Forbes and listed by BusinessWeek as one of the 50 most influential business women in America. Audrey was a founder of Network Equipment Technologies which went public in 1987 and later co-founded and was CEO of Adaptive which merged with NET in 1993. Building on her own entrepreneurial success, Audrey has been instrumental in helping to launch and grow successful companies through her work as a mentor capitalist and as a professor of entrepreneurship. Companies she has seed funded which have gone public include: Pure Software, Pete's Brewing Company, AdForce, dsl.net, and Selectica. Successful acquisitions have included: Avidia/PairGain, Firefly/Microsoft, InternetMiddleware/NetworkAppliance, Amplitude/CriticalPath, specialtyMD/Chemdex, Gigabeat/Napster, Achieva/Kaplan, Schoolpop, and Applied Discovery. Audrey is a Consulting Associate Professor in the School of Engineering at Stanford University and on the board of the Kauffman Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
Kevin Brown, Board Member
Kevin is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive, with experience in the software, networking, storage, and security sectors current CEO of Coraid. Mr. Brown has served as President and CEO of Kidaro, a desktop virtualization software vendor, where he led the team to a leadership position in this emerging segment. The company outflanked large competitors to win top tier enterprise customers including Goldman Sachs, Intel and Fox Networks, and was acquired by Microsoft in May 2008.
Prior to joining Kidaro, Kevin served as a vice president on the original executive team of Decru, where he led worldwide marketing, business development, and product management. Following the acquisition of Decru by Network Appliance, Kevin helped the company achieve #1 market share and global adoption across the financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, and government sectors. As one of the leading experts on storage security, he served as an advisor to the U.S. Congress, Federal Trade Commission, and U.S. Department of Defense. Previously, Kevin was a key member of the founding team of Inktomi, a pioneering infrastructure software firm, where he served in a number of executive positions, including Vice President and General Manager of Inktomi's networking business. Kevin is as a Fellow at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, Lester Center for Entrepreneurship, and earned his Bachelor's and MBA degrees at UC Berkeley, where he served as MBA class president.

Carl Wright, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Carl is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with experience in the security, storage, and software sectors. Carl previously served as Vice President of Sales and Corporate Strategy at Kidaro, where he helped lead the company to a successful early market position in the desktop virtualization sector, and acquisition by Microsoft. Prior to that, Carl served as Vice President of Federal Operations for Decru, which was acquired by Network Appliance, where he established Decru's storage security platform as the standard in the U.S. Department of Defense and intelligence community, and accelerated adoption throughout sectors including financial services, healthcare, and the F500. Before that, Carl held the role of Vice President of Federal Operations at Securify (acquired by Secure Computing).
Prior to his executive roles in infrastructure technology firms, Carl served as Chief Information Security Officer for the U.S. Marine Corps. As CISO, Carl was responsible for the day-to-day operation and global defense of the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN), which scaled to support over 120,000 users worldwide. In 1999, he was awarded the National Security Agency's Frank B. Rowlett Trophy for worldwide Information Security Professional of the year. Carl has a BS in Management from Augsburg College and a MS in Information Technology Management from the Naval Post Graduate School.
