The role: Director of East Coast Sales

As the Director of East Coast Sales you will be responsible for selling Queplix Enterprise solutions in large accounts within your territory. The Enterprise solution portfolio consists of QueSearch, QueCloud, and QueCrawler. You will evangelize the Queplix Enterprise vision across customer organizations, develop and sustain high level customer relationships, and identify key stakeholders and business pains. Your primary duties as the Director of Sales include finding, developing, and closing Queplix Enterprise opportunities, from demand generation and prospecting - to owning the sales process and strategy through closure - to contracting and order fulfillment. You are a self starter who is prepared to develop a territory coverage plan, execute against the plan, and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets in a highly competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive territory plan to ensure broad penetration of accounts with respect to Queplix Enterprise solutions.
  • Understand complex customer requirements from both a business and technical perspective.
  • Develop and deliver custom presentations on Queplix Enterprise solutions.
  • Gather, direct, and lead a virtual team during the sales cycle.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred with strong academic record.
  • Extensive Field Sales experience selling enterprise software to Government and Global 2000 companies.
  • Proven ability to sell large deals and consistently exceed multi-million dollar quotas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, thorough, and tenacious.
  • Able to work independently but within a team environment.
  • Travel required.
