A. Our product (QueWeb) has a set of pre-built sophisticated Escalations and Notification rules, which can be customized according to Customer?s business rules. For example, we can set up Escalations in a system such that the designated manager will receive a message alert in the system, email or page if the customer request is not being answered within a certain allocated time period.
These rules can be set up in the system by the system administrator.
