Queplix consultants will make an initial evaluation of the system, gather initial requirements and present a customer with a Statement of Work document which will include the Business Case for the new system, General Customer Requirements, project timeline and the Return on Investment for the new system. |

The Queplix team will gather detailed functional requirements. The Functional Requirements document will include:
- Data model requirements
- System Architecture requirements
- Front-end /workflow requirements
- Reporting/metrics requirements
After the Functional Requirements are gathered, the updated project timeline is recorded in the Project Plan.
System prototype is placed on the Queplix online server and made available for review by the customer for the
purpose of discussing progress and addressing development issues. System prototype is updated in real
time to reflect the development progress.
