Q. Is your system customizable?
A. Our believe is that all Enterprise Front Office systems customizable. We believe that most of the systems can get you to 80% match of you requiremenets. It is the remaining 20% where Queplix QueWeb stands out - with QueWeb you will achieve exactly 100% of your customization ability and get all of your requirements regardless of their level of complexity.
Q. What is the typical implementation time?
A. The typical implementation time varies from one to three months. Generally, your custom implementation can deviate from the average depending on the complexity of your required customizations. Queplix will provide you with detailed estimate of time of implementation during its initial review of your system free of charge. Queplix OOB (Out-Of-The-Box) can be installed within several hours.

Q. Do you provide training?
A. Queplix has developed a training program that is customized to each individual client. Our trainers will provide your staff with in-depth understanding of the new application, detailed instructions on how to use it, and will answer any question your staff might have about the system. The training sessions are held at your site, which helps create a smooth transition to the new system and minimizes the learning curve. However, if you want to completely eliminate the learning curve and staff training, we can create a system that is completely compatible with your current client. The choice is yours.
Q. Do you provide documentation?
A. Queplix or one of our Integration Partners will provide complete and detailed documentation that includes:
  1. Free System Assessment (SA)
  2. Free Evaluation and Proposal
  3. Free Statement of Work (SOW) with Project Plan
  4. Functional Requirements (FR)
  5. Training, User, Administration and Developers Guides
  6. Design Specifications
  7. Testing and QA Acceptance
  8. Performance Testing and Benchmarking
During Development stages, Queplix Project Management team will prepare weekly Status Reports, detailing hours spent and progress accomplished to date. Upon the completion of each milestone, a dedicated Queplix Project Manager will provide you with updated documentation describing each accomplished milestone.
Q. We need to have a product that will escalate a request if the original recipient does not respond.
A. Our product (QueWeb) has a set of pre-built sophisticated Escalations and Notification rules, which can be customized according to Customer?s business rules. For example, we can set up Escalations in a system such that the designated manager will receive a message alert in the system, email or page if the customer request is not being answered within a certain allocated time period. These rules can be set up in the system by the system administrator.
