Optional Modules

Optional Modules can be purchased on as needed basis. Depending on your specific application, you will receive certain optional modules as part of the standard system configuration at no additional charge. Please consult your Queplix Sales Advisor for specific configuration options of QueWeb available. Customers converting from legacy systems will receive all compatible QueWeb modules, as they exist in your legacy system.

Archiving Module – Based on the customer’s internal policies, Archiving Module can be utilized to archive older database records such as Solutions or Cases using archiving criteria. The archived records can be moved to a different disk volume or deleted.

Data Import/Export Module – Provides a facility leveraging the QueTask module to enable the system administrator to create, maintain and monitor scheduled data imports and exports from and into the QueWeb database.

Survey Module – This module allows the system administrator to dynamically create, schedule and process online Surveys, distributed by emails or through the web forms. Surveys can be sent manually or based on the predefined conditions (i.e. Survey is sent to the customer upon his every third Case submission or based on a predefined group of monitored analysts.)

Defect Management –This module is designed for the internal IT support and help desks. It allows effective Defect life cycle management with various associated workflow activities and roles. Defect Management is tightly integrated with Tasks and Projects module which allows maintaining accurate employee work hours as well as generating data for the billing system.

Change Request Module – This module allows an implementation of efficient processes for the Change Request management. Offering an advanced Change Request workflow Out Of the Box, it allows your organization to streamline the Change Request processes. It could also be used to manage requests for the QueWeb system enhancements.

Human Resources – HRQue Module is designed for the Human Resources department. It provides resources management, various HR related workflows and activities.

Contract and SLA Management – this module is designed for the organizations handling contracts and Service Level Agreements, such as IT and software development companies as well as various services providers. Module offers extended escalations and workflows to enable business rules for contract and SLA management.

Asset Management–This module is designed for the IT organization to help track various hardware and other assets. It provides a facility to track serial numbers, warranty, employees’ assignment of the assets and tracking for support issues with outside asset vendors or service facilities.

Projects Module – allows creating and keeping track of various Projects with associated Tasks. This module is used to maintain accountability and project schedules for various employee activities. It also can be used to calculate and ensure proper billing numbers in conjunction with time spent working on a certain Project, Task or Defect.

Dealer Partner Management –allows maintaining Partner records, track their expertise and profiles. Partners can submit Service Requests and Cases and troubleshoot issues using Partner Portal. Parts Catalogue, Knowledge Base and Literature access is available to registered Partners as well.

RMA and Warranty Management – This module allows tracking Service Requests for return goods as well as product Warranty information. Custom Service Level Agreements can be maintained in this module as well.

CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) – QueWeb could be integrated with various telephony equipment in order to provide a screen filling (screen pop) on the Customer phone calls, as well as time and statistics management of the telephone interactions.
