On-Premise Application and Data Integration

Queplix solutions easily support the application and data integration necessary to support on-premise architectures. This includes industry leading on-premise products such as PeopleSoft®, Siebel®, SAP® Enterprise Resource Planning and many others. Many on-premise systems include custom developed applications to serve operational areas such as manufacturing, finance, operations. These typically use a variety of database structures which may include IBM DB2®, Oracle®, Sybase®, MicroSoft SQL Server® and many others. Queplix solutions allow you to integrate these important on-premise applications. Queplix solutions also allow you to connect them to any of the cloud architectures you need to support. Our Application Software Blades™ include the intelligence to connect with all critical on-premise based application structures. We include support for your security model so that data integration can be effected with no impact to the existing data architecture. Application Software Blades™ are smart and application aware - we have knowledge of the table structures or the object structures for and we know how to map the applications to those deployed in your cloud architecture.

Full Support for All Access Methods

Data virtualization also provides all of the different integration interfaces required to access relational data and object data independent of all architectural considerations. Our current support include .Net - ODBC, JDBC, web services and the build out required for proprietary API integrations. This positions us to blend the on-premise world with the cloud in a seamless fashion. We convert all relational data which must be integrated into virtual object metadata directory - this enables us to deal with object representations both for the on-premise and the cloud based applications. This tremendously simplifies the issues associated with integration and ongoing data management.

Full Support for the Business User

One important benefit of QVDM is that we provide a high level interface suitable for a business level user - SQL programming is not required. During the integration process, you are abstracted from all of the problems associated with mapping relational SQL to object model entities. That abstraction is the core of the definition of data virtualization and key to the automation, power and ease-of-use of any of our solutions.

Industry Analyst Opinion

  • “Each wave of virtualization has provided strong cost savings and technology advantage. Data Virtualization offers a fundamental change in the way application and data integration problems can be solved. Once virtualized the data is available for secure re-use, with potential incremental return on investment with each application.”
