Queplix follows a
thorough, yet streamlined process to implement your new QueWeb Customer Care solution. This
process varies based on whether you are purchasing a totally new system, or
working to bolster an existing system.
- New installation/Customizations.
Services that compliment implementation, integration and customization of
systems for "greenfield" applications require implementation of our
proprietary 2D2 Methodology. The description of 2D2 Methodology can be found here.
- Bolstering an Existing System.
This process begins with a Quick Assessment, where Queplix (after signing an
NDA) obtains GUI files and business rules descriptors for the existing installation and
simulates your custom legacy system in our development environment. Queplix' analysts then review your system and can provide a proposal for the amount of hours/costs in
order to recreate and enhance the system with QueWeb technology. A White Paper on

Development usually takes place on the Queplix dedicated Development Server with matching characterics ont he proposed customer's Production Server; with regular scheduled Walkthrough Sessions and Customer Room Pilots to make sure we are staying on course and to define the enhancements.
