Queplix follows a thorough, yet streamlined process to implement your new QueWeb Customer Care solution. This process varies based on whether you are purchasing a totally new system, or working to bolster an existing system.

 
bullet New Customer Care installation/customizations:

Services that compliment implementation, integration and customization of systems for "green-field" applications require implementation of our proprietary 2D2 Methodology. The description of 2D2 Methodology can be found here.
 
bullet Replacing an existing legacy system:

This process begins with a Quick Assessment, where Queplix obtains meta-data files from your legacy system and business rules descriptors and simulates your legacy system in our development environment. Queplix' analysts then review your system and can provide a proposal for the amount of hours/costs in order to recreate and enhance the system with QueWeb technology. Development usually takes place on the Queplix dedicated Development  server with matching characteristics on the proposed customer's Production server; with regular scheduled Walkthrough Sessions and Customer Room Pilots to make sure we are staying on course and to define the enhancements.
