process varies based on whether you are purchasing a totally new system, or
working to bolster an existing system.

New Customer Care
installation/customizations:
Services that compliment implementation, integration and customization of
systems for "green-field" applications require implementation of our
proprietary 2D2 Methodology. The description of 2D2 Methodology can be found here.

Replacing an existing legacy system:
This process begins with a Quick Assessment, where Queplix obtains
meta-data files from your legacy system and business rules descriptors and
simulates your legacy system in our development environment. Queplix' analysts then review your system and can provide a proposal for the amount of hours/costs in
order to recreate and enhance the system with QueWeb technology. A White Paper on

Development usually takes place on the Queplix dedicated Development
server with matching
characteristics on the proposed customer's Production server; with regular scheduled Walkthrough Sessions and Customer Room Pilots to make sure we are staying on course and to define the enhancements.
